1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and PURR ENTERPRISES LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the "EASYGROW BOOKS SUMMARY" mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App, and that you agree to comply with these Terms at all times.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App.
2. App Functionality & Description of Services
The App provides tools for creating summaries of books, available in both audio and text formats, and enhances the content using AI-powered features.
The App is intended strictly for personal and non-commercial use. You may save, edit, and share the summaries you generate, but you may not sell, license, or otherwise exploit them commercially without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the App at any time without liability to you.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When using the App, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you may not:
- use the App to infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights;
- upload or share audio or text recordings that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App or its code.
We reserve the right to restrict, block, or remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights & User Content License
All rights in the App, including its software, design, graphics, text, and underlying processing systems, remain the exclusive property of PURR ENTERPRISES LIMITED.
By using the App, you confirm that you own or control the rights to any audio or text you submit and that you have obtained any necessary permissions. When you submit or generate content through the App, you grant us, our affiliates, successors, and licensees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and sublicense that content in any format or medium, including technologies developed in the future.
You waive any moral rights in your content to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may also publicly identify that certain text or output was generated using the App. No compensation will be provided for such use.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the App are considered non-confidential, and we may use them freely without obligation to you.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
To operate properly, the App collects only the minimum amount of information needed, such as basic device and usage data. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy, but here is a short summary:
- Payments: All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We never see or store your payment information.
- Analytics: We use trusted tools such as Firebase and Adjust to understand how the App is used, improve performance, and manage subscriptions.
- Age restriction: The App is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
- Data protection: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes under any circumstances.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through paid subscriptions, billed and managed exclusively by Apple via the App Store using your Apple ID.
Subscription Details:
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Managing your plan: You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.
- Pricing: We may update our pricing from time to time. In such cases, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Refund Policy: Refunds are managed solely by Apple. If you request a refund, Apple may contact us to verify usage. In such cases, we may provide Apple with limited, anonymized information such as the duration of your App usage, your anonymous user ID, whether you used a free trial, whether the purchase was fully consumed, and your total purchase and refund history.
We cannot issue refunds directly and do not provide refunds for accidental deletions, mis-operations, or user error.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Warranty. The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. PURR ENTERPRISES LIMITED expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the application will meet your expectations, operate without interruption, be free from errors or security issues, or that the results will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the application is at your own risk.
7.2. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PURR ENTERPRISES LIMITED, its affiliates, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application, unauthorized access to or alteration of your content, the conduct or content of third parties, or any other matter relating to the application.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the application is to stop using it.
8. Termination
If you violate these Terms or misuse the App, we may suspend or permanently disable your access.
Upon termination:
- all licenses granted under these Terms will cease immediately;
- active paid subscriptions will not be prorated or refunded.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time in response to legal, technical, or business developments.
Significant changes will be communicated through the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
