The app may offer paid features, subscriptions, trial periods, automatically renewing plans, or other forms of access to additional functionality.
At this time, the subscription model is expected to be handled through Apple where applicable. Subscription details may include subscription type, billing period, trial availability, automatic renewal, cancellation terms, and access conditions for premium features.
Final subscription details may be presented in the app, on the purchase screen, or through the applicable app store at the time of purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID account settings.
If a subscription is purchased through Apple App Store, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by Apple’s rules and the user’s Apple account settings.
Users may generally manage and cancel subscriptions through their Apple account settings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not control Apple’s billing systems or Apple’s refund decisions.

The app, including its design, layout, text, graphics, interfaces, structure, logic, algorithms, branding, and related content, excluding user-entered data, is owned by the service operator or used under valid rights.

IT IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION. MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE AND MAY LACK CLINICAL ACCURACY. THE APP DOES NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PURR ENTERPRISES LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
