Some functionalities of the App rely on third-party services supporting image processing, language models, analytics, and subscription management.

A. Permissions

• Subscription and transaction data: Processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not collect, access, or store your payment details.

• Usage data: Such as interactions with the App, reading or listening time, features accessed, and crash reports.

B. Crash Reports & Analytics

To improve stability and performance, we use services for crash reports, analytics, and performance monitoring. These tools only collect anonymized technical data.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

We process your personal information only when there is a valid legal basis for doing so. This includes:

  • To provide and maintain the functionality of the App.
  • To fulfill contractual obligations related to subscriptions and premium features.
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All purchases and subscription payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store. We never have access to your personal payment details.

Refunds must be requested through Apple Support, not through us directly.

If Apple contacts us for refund verification, we may provide limited, anonymized data related to your in-app purchase to help assess eligibility. This may include:

  • Time since app installation
  • Total usage duration
  • Anonymous user or device identifier
  • Whether the content or features were consumed or used
  • Whether a trial period was included
  • Total amount spent and/or refunded

We only share what's strictly necessary to support the refund process and nothing else.

8. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

To provide AI-powered features such as text translation, image translation, and text analysis, the app may securely transmit user-provided content, including text, images, or other input, to AI services including ChatGPT by OpenAI and Gemini by Google for processing.

Only the content necessary to generate a response is sent.

Data is transmitted solely for the purpose of fulfilling the user's request and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Users are informed before any data is sent and must provide consent before using AI features.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals below this age. If we become aware that data has been inadvertently collected from a minor, it will be promptly deleted.
